I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker through the state of Maryland.

With over 20 years of experience in clinical care, I am dedicated to helping individuals and families navigate life’s challenges with resilience and self-compassion. I specialize in anxiety, developmental trauma, grief, family crises, and adjustment to change.

My approach is trauma-informed and integrates evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, mindfulness-based techniques, and grief therapy. As a certified yoga and meditation instructor, and currently pursuing certification in neurofeedback, I believe in a holistic, mind-body approach to healing and growth.

I have spent much of my career supporting children and families within the public school system and continue to work with children, teens, adults, and families in my practice. As the spouse of a retired military member and mother of four, I understand firsthand the realities of family life, adjustment, and resilience.

I believe everyone has the inner resources to face adversity and change — sometimes they just need the right guidance to rediscover their strength. My goal is to help clients feel empowered, balanced, and confident in their ability to thrive.
